We listed a large oceanfront property with Alex. While it was a beautiful piece of land, we were aware that it would attract only a select cliental. Alex was upfront about the length of time similar properties had remained on the market and didn't make promises that she couldn't keep. Alex worked with us to ensure that the property showed well. In the end, the property sold within a reasonable timeframe and thanks to Alex going the extra mile, the property sold at a price that both parties were happy with.
